Every album has its own private link that only your QR code points to. It isn't listed on Google, and guests at one wedding can never see another couple's album.

Good to know
Do our guests need to download an app?
No. Scanning the QR code with the normal phone camera opens your album page in the browser. There's nothing to install and no account to create.
Will it work on older phones?
Yes. Any iPhone or Android phone that can scan a QR code with its camera works. Guests without a QR scanner can type your album's short link instead.
Which plan do we need?
As a guide, guests share about 10 to 15 photos each. Intimate suits weddings of up to about 60 guests, Classic about 60 to 150, and Grand bigger celebrations. If you fill up, you can upgrade on the day from your dashboard and pay only the difference.
What happens when the album is full?
Guests see a friendly message that the album is full, and nothing they've already shared is affected. Upgrade from your dashboard and they can carry on straight away.
How long does our album stay online?
Your plan includes 30 days after your wedding, which gives you time to go through and download everything. Want longer? Choose 3, 6 or 12 months when you sign up, or add time later from your dashboard. Extra months are charged monthly to your card, and you can stop any time. After closing you still have 7 days to add time before the photos are permanently deleted.
How big can videos be?
Up to 250 MB each, which is a few minutes of normal phone video. Photos are optimised on the phone before upload so they go up quickly.
What if the venue has bad signal?
Uploads are sent in small pieces and retry on their own when the signal drops, so guests don't have to start again. They can also add photos later, from home.
Can strangers see our photos?
Only people with your album's link or QR code can open it, and it's kept out of search engines. You can also switch to "Only you", so guests can upload but not browse.
Can we print the table cards ourselves?
Yes. Download the card as an image and print it at home or at any print shop, or download just the QR code to add to your own stationery.
How do we get all the photos afterwards?
From your dashboard: download everything as a zip, or pick a moment such as the ceremony or the photo booth.
How do we pay?
Securely through PayFast, with card, Instant EFT, SnapScan, Zapper and other options. Your album is ready the moment the payment goes through. If you choose to keep your album for longer, the extra months are charged monthly to your card for exactly the number of months you chose. You can stop them any time from your dashboard.
